Nalc Pay Chart 2024 India. The national association of local councils (nalc) smaller councils committee on 23 may 2023 agreed that the national agreement on terms and pay needs to be reviewed. The advice note is on the local government services pay agreement on pay rates applicable from 1 april 2023 to 31 march 2024.
It denotes the minimum pay according to the 15th ilc norms. The total amount raised by precepting local councils is now £781 million, an increase of £75 million or 10.62% on the 2023/24 figure of £706 million.
